Having a backup of all your important files and folders is a very good idea in today's computer world. That's because viruses are becoming more and more dangerous and so are hackers. Not to mention the fact that hard disk problems can destroy all the data stored on it. This is why one should use DirSyncPro, a Windows application that allows the user to synchronize all his files and folders on a regular basis and incrementally, meaning that only modified or new files and folders will be backed up, not all the information.

Being a Windows application, it can be used as any other Windows application. A few clicks are enough to create a new synchronization job. The program includes a sample job that can be customized, as the source and destination folders can be modified.

The number of backup jobs that can be added to the program is not limited and each can have its own settings. Besides that, the program allows scheduling updates, to perform automatically at certain intervals of time. The tab-based interface can display in a very clear way all the synchronization jobs that are in progress or are scheduled to perform in the near future. DirSyncPro includes a feature for generating command line files, also known as CMD. Once run, these files allow performing backups on systems where DirSyncPro is not installed.

The list of jobs can be saved as a file, so it can be reused later on, even if the program is reinstalled. Besides that, DirSyncPro can just analyze and compare files from the source with the ones from the destination and can state the differences, without making any changes.
